מחיקת חשבון GutPal וכל המידע

אפשר למחוק את חשבון GutPal ואת כל המידע שבו בכל רגע, בלי לנמק. כדאי לייצא קודם את המידע אם תרצה/י לשמור עותק:

מתוך האפליקציה — הדרך המהירה
- פתח/י את GutPal ועבור/י ללשונית עוד.
- היכנס/י להגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון.
- הקלד/י את המילה מחיקה לאישור, ולחץ/י על מחיקת החשבון.
החשבון מושבת מיד, וכל גישה שנתת לרופאים מבוטלת באותו רגע.
בלי גישה לאפליקציה
אם האפליקציה כבר אינה מותקנת אצלך או שאין לך גישה אליה, שלח/י בקשה במייל — מכתובת האימייל הרשומה
בחשבון, כדי שנוכל לוודא שהבקשה הגיעה ממך:
שליחת בקשת מחיקה במייל
או לכתובת sysadmin@gutpalapp.com, עם הנושא ״בקשה למחיקת חשבון GutPal״. נאשר את קבלת הבקשה, ונמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום לכל היותר.
אם תשלח/י מכתובת אחרת, נבקש לאמת את זהותך לפני המחיקה.

מה נשאר — ולמה
- רישום הגישה למידע נשמר כתיעוד שתקנות אבטחת המידע מחייבות, אך הזיהוי בו מוחלף בכינוי חד-כיווני — הוא אינו מאפשר לזהות אותך.
- נתונים סטטיסטיים מצרפיים שמעולם לא זיהו אף אחד (למשל, ספירות כלליות) אינם מכילים מידע עליך.
- סיכום ששלחת לרופא במייל או דרך הטלפון נמצא אצל הנמען, ואינו בשליטתנו.

Delete your GutPal account and data

You can delete your GutPal account and all of its data at any time, without giving a reason. If you want to keep a
copy, export it first: More → Settings → Export my data.
In the app — the quickest way
- Open GutPal and go to the More tab.
- Open Settings → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account.
Your account is deactivated immediately, and any access you gave to doctors is revoked at the same moment.
Without access to the app
If the app is no longer installed or you cannot get into it, email us — from the email address registered on
the account, so we can confirm the request comes from you:

Or write to sysadmin@gutpalapp.com with the subject "GutPal account deletion request". We will confirm receipt and delete the
account within 30 days at most. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to verify your identity first.
What is deleted, and when

| Immediately | The account is deactivated, sign-in is revoked, and every doctor's or care provider's access is blocked. |
| Within 30 days | All data is permanently deleted: account details, profile, check-ins and notes, medications, meals and meal photos, doctor summaries, consents, notification preferences, and the sign-in identity. |
| Within a further 30 days | Encrypted backup copies roll over, and the data is gone from them too. |
What remains — and why
- The record of access to data is kept as the data security regulations require, but your identity in it is replaced by a one-way pseudonym that cannot identify you.
- Aggregate statistics that never identified anyone (for example, overall counts) contain no information about you.
- A summary you sent to a doctor by email or from your phone is held by the recipient and is outside our control.
