GutPal רואה חשיבות רבה בכך שאנשים עם מוגבלות יוכלו להשתמש באפליקציה ובאתר באופן שוויוני, עצמאי ונוח. אנו פועלים
להנגשתם בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568
(המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0) ברמה AA.
נגישות האפליקציה
- גודל טקסט: האפליקציה מכבדת את הגדרת גודל הגופן של הטלפון.
- קוראי מסך: לרכיבים האינטראקטיביים יש תוויות טקסט עבור VoiceOver ו-TalkBack.
- מטרות לחיצה גדולות: כפתורי הצ׳ק-אין והבחירה בגודל של 44 נקודות לפחות; כל שאלה בצ׳ק-אין מוצגת במסך נפרד.
- הפחתת תנועה: כשהגדרת ״הפחתת תנועה״ פעילה בטלפון, האנימציות מוחלפות בתצוגה סטטית.
- ניגודיות וצבע: הניגודיות נבדקה בפלטת הצבעים של האפליקציה, והסטטוס היומי מוצג תמיד גם במילים — לא רק בצבע.
- שפה וכיוון: עברית מימין לשמאל ואנגלית משמאל לימין.
- בלי מגבלת זמן: אין פעולות שנדרש להשלים בזמן קצוב, והצ׳ק-אין נשמר גם בלי חיבור לאינטרנט.
נגישות האתר
- מבנה כותרות היררכי, הגדרת שפה וכיוון לכל חלק בעמוד, וטבלאות עם כותרות.
- ניווט מלא במקלדת, עם סימון בולט של הרכיב הממוקד.
- תמיכה בהגדלת התצוגה עד 200% בלי אובדן תוכן, ותצוגה מותאמת לטלפון.
- העמודים פועלים גם בלי JavaScript.
מגבלות ידועות
בדיקה מלאה של האפליקציה עם קוראי מסך על מכשירים נמצאת בתהליך, וייתכן שחלק מהרכיבים טרם הונגשו במלואם. קובץ ה-PDF
של הסיכום לרופא אינו מונגש במלואו לקוראי מסך — אם תפנו אלינו, נספק את המידע בפורמט נגיש. אנו ממשיכים לשפר את
הנגישות, ונשמח לשמוע על כל קושי.

ל-GutPal אין משרדים פתוחים לקבלת קהל; כל השירות ניתן באפליקציה ובאתר.

GutPal is committed to making the app and website usable by people with disabilities equally, independently and
comfortably. We work to make them accessible under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service
Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA.
In the app
- Text size: the app follows your phone's font size setting.
- Screen readers: interactive elements have text labels for VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- Large touch targets: check-in and choice buttons are at least 44 points; each check-in question has its own screen.
- Reduced motion: when "Reduce motion" is on, animations are replaced by a static display.
- Contrast and colour: contrast was checked in the app's palette, and the daily status is always shown in words — never by colour alone.
- Language and direction: Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right.
- No time limits: nothing must be completed within a set time, and check-ins are saved even without an internet connection.
On the website
- A hierarchical heading structure, language and direction set for every part of the page, and tables with headers.
- Full keyboard navigation with a clearly marked focus.
- Zoom up to 200% without loss of content, and a layout adapted to phones.
- Pages work without JavaScript.
Known limitations
A full screen-reader review of the app on devices is in progress, and some elements may not yet be fully accessible.
The doctor-summary PDF is not fully accessible to screen readers — contact us and we will provide the information in
an accessible format. We keep improving accessibility and welcome hearing about any difficulty.
